Ingredients For The Lemonade Diet

Welcome! If you’re thinking about doing the Lemonade Diet then you’re going to need to know the ingredients. There are 4 ingredients for the cleanse.

  • Organic lemons.
  • Distilled water.
  • Grade B organic maple syrup.
  • Cayenne pepper.

As well as the lemonade you’re also going to need to do something called a salt water flush which is a laxative to help clear out your colon.

To do the salt water flush you take 1 litre of warm distilled water and mix in 1 tea-spoon of non iodized organic sea salt. After the salt has dissolved you then drink the mixture. This should be the first thing you do in the morning on an empty stomach.
