Lemonade Diet Flush
The Lemonade Diet flush is great for cleansing your body of toxins and built up waste in your body. Doing the Lemonade Diet flush will leave you feeling healthier and more energetic. After I did the cleanse I had lost weight, my skin was better, I had more energy and was just healthier overall.
Now that I’ve done the Lemonade Diet flush I recommend that everyone give it a go because there are so many wonderful benefits to doing it. Thousands of people do the cleanse. As you can see on the right hand side of this page there are even celebrities that rely on it to keep them looking good.
There are two main parts to the Lemonade Diet flush. The first part is the lemonade itself. You’ll drink around 60 oz per day which is around 8 glasses. The lemonade is made up of organic lemons, distilled water, grade b organic maple syrup and cayenne pepper.
You should do the lemonade diet for between 7-12 days. Most people do it for around 10 days.
The second part of the Lemonade Diet flush is the salt water flush. This is a simple mixture of 1 litre of warm distilled water and 1 tea spoon of non-iodized organic sea salt. You drink this mixture first thing in the morning. But you should know that it’s a laxative so you’ll need to be close to a toilet for an hour or 2 after you’ve drunk it.
So the lemonade juice acts to loosen the built up waste in your colon and it also provides your body with much needed nutrients and vitamins and then the salt water flush comes along and removes all of the junk and toxins from your body.
So that’s what the Lemonade Diet flush is. I really recommend you give it a go because it really works.
